Jailbreak and Update iPhone to iOS 6.1.3 Preserving Baseband Using Sn0wbreeze
Remember: whatever you do, you do at your own risk!
Step 1: Connect your device to your computer and run Sn0wbreeze 2.9.14.
Note: Users of Windows Vista or Windows 7 run the application in administrator mode. To do this, right-click on the icon of Sn0wbreeze and select “Run as administrator”.
Step 2: After the program is up and running click “Next” and select the firmware by clicking “Browse”. Choose iOS 6.1.3 IPSW file you downloaded earlier to preserve baseband.
Step 3: The application automatically checks the compliance of the selected firmware and connected device.
Step 4: You will now be prompted to select one of the modes:

Windows 7 – C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts (Run Notepad with Administrator privileges by right clicking on the program and Run as Administrator.)
Delete lines containing “gs.apple.com” and “localhost”.
Step 11: Then run iTunes if it is not running. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click “Restore” in iTunes and set the path to the firmware, which was built by sn0wbreeze. The firmware will be on the desktop of your computer.
Step 12: After a while, your iPhone will be running custom iOS 6.1.3 without baseband update.
Remember: This is a tethered jailbreak, so do not forget to run iBooty every time after iPhone reboot or discharge.
