If you bought an iOS device with firmware that is not signing by Apple you can download iFaith 1.5.5 developed by iH8sn0w and save SHSH blobs for iOS 6.1.2 firmware version on the device for future downgrade from iOS 6.1.3.
It is important to note that iFaith only works with devices for which Geohot found exploit and used it in Limera1n. It is iPhone 4, 3GS, original iPad and iPod Touch up to 5th generation.
Currently this tool is available only for Windows users, but iH8sn0w promises not to forget the Mac and in the weeks to release a version of iFaith for Mac. which you can use to save SHSH blobs for future downgrade.

Step 1: Download and unzip iFaith 1.5.5
If you have Windows 7, then run as administrator and in compatibility with Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
Step 2: Run it and click OK.
Step 3: Now choose Dump SHSH Blobs.
Step 4: Another welcome screen that explains what can be done.This utility for dumping SHSH, which are available for you on the device, and that can be used to restore your device in the future, even when they (SHSH) will not be officially available.
Step 5: After you read note click Proceed and then Let’s Go buttons.
Note: If you don’t do it on jailbroken Apple TV 2 (or not) – click No after the massage about this pops up.
Step 6: Please turn off your device, and click [Start]. Follow on screen instructions to put your device into DFU mode.
Step 7: When the countdown ends, release the button and wait while the program is run through all the process.
Step 8: After the end of the process you will see the screen allowing you to save SHSH blobs of iOS 6.1.2 on your computer where you want.
